RAJA MUPPAVARAPU

Raja Muppavarapu is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sunbelt Equity Group. Raja is a well-accomplished serial entrepreneur with expertise in various sectors like healthcare, pharma, real estate, and retail, just to mention a few. Raja holds two master’s degrees in business and healthcare and has been investing in real estate since 1995. She has successfully built Multifamily portfolio of 810 units, including 545 full-cycle units. With over $50M in real estate assets under her management, Raja’s mission is to create happy living spaces for residents while delivering top-tier opportunities for her investors.

VENKAT ARUMILLI

Venkat Arumilli Co-Founder and COO of Sunbelt Equity Group. Formerly an IT professional, he was looking for new ways to create income so he could leave his 9-5. Since starting apartment syndications in 2020, he quickly scaled up his apartment portfolio to over 900 units in just a few short years with $25M in assets under management. This allowed him to quit his 6 figure job and go all in his real estate dream. Now he is on a mission to help 1 million technology professionals achieve their financial goals and create time to live a life they love.

RENATO GEROMEL JR.

Renato has experience in investments as well as construction, he has an investment portfolio of 2600+ units and is a General Partner of 672 units. As a previous Architectural Engineer for 7 years, Renato has worked on projects that ranged from hospitals to multifamily developments. His vision is to grow his multifamily portfolio with a focus on distressed properties, with the ultimate goal of ground-up development. He lives in Orlando, FL, and enjoys traveling, skiing, and scuba diving throughout the world with his wife.

NINA GEROMEL

Nina has an investment portfolio of 2600+ units and has helped her husband, Renato, scale as a General Partner of 672 units. Nina previously worked as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and ran her business for three years in Wisconsin before moving to Florida. She operates behind the scenes to help bring financial freedom to investors, employees, and colleagues. She lives in Orlando, FL, and enjoys traveling, skiing, and scuba diving throughout the world with her husband.

Dr. OLAYINKA HOLT

A physician and an Adept Real Estate Investor, She began her Real Estate investment journey in 2016 in her home country with Land acquisition, ownership, construction and operation of a 16 Apartment Portfolio. Subsequently she invested in small rental portfolios and passively invested in several Class A and B Multifamily Syndications across various states with 2000+ Apartments combined. She has since transitioned into the operational side of real estate Investing and currently invested in 3 deals as a GP / Operator with a total of 503 units and over 46.7 M AUM. She is an Author and a great mother of 3 beautiful and successful children!
